The app is not the dashboard.

The web product is where you read the institution. The phone owns the four moments away from a desk:

• Being told — a severity-1 arrives with an escalation clock running.
• Deciding — accept a reason, approve leave, resolve, in two taps.
• Capturing — count a room by hand; that is how the accuracy band gets built.
• Explaining — a teacher adds the reason between classes, before it escalates.
